How to book an affordable meeting room

We ask that for your first booking, you make contact with our knowledgable team, who will be able to advise on the types of rooms and services we are able to offer.  Phone 01622 690369, or e-mail admin@mcsc.org.uk For your second and subsequent bookings, you can request your own login and password to be able to access our own computerised booking system.

Payment can be made by BACS transfer or credit/debit card

Request login details

Once you have received your access details you will be able to book a meeting room online.  Just select the meeting room, date and time you require the booking for and you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming we have received your booking request.  We will then check your booking and confirm your request.

Existing booking system users

If you already have a username and password, please go to our room booking system.

Online booking system

If you need to make any amendments or cancellations to your bookings, or if you have any special support needs or require a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan, please contact reception at admin@mcsc.org.uk or phone 01622 690369 for further information.

Café food and meals whilst you work

The on-site café can provide food and beverages, either in its own seating area, or in your meeting room.  A wide range of snacks, freshly-prepared food, and tea/coffee is available.  Please click here to go to their page.  We do NOT allow outside catering to be brought inside the Centre for your meeting if the Cafe is open. (this includes purchasing supplies for everyone from a supermarket)
